Thank you for shopping with Crafted Favorites. Please read our return, refund, and custom order policy carefully before placing your order.
By placing an order with Crafted Favorites, you agree to the terms listed below.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible, non-custom items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before they are sent back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Crafted Favorites.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Crafted Favorites is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or not delivered.
Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Items
Because many Crafted Favorites items are handmade, customized, personalized, or made to order, these items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Crafted Favorites.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personalized shirts, bags, mugs, tumblers, cups, keychains, stationery, and accessories
- Items with names, initials, dates, photos, logos, custom wording, or custom colors
- Made-to-order products
- Special orders
- Digital designs or approved custom design work
- Items approved by the customer before production
Please carefully review all names, spelling, sizes, colors, design details, quantities, and shipping information before submitting your order.
Crafted Favorites is not responsible for customer spelling errors, incorrect names, wrong sizes, wrong colors, incorrect addresses, or incorrect information submitted at checkout or through a custom order form.
Customer Approval for Custom Orders
For custom or personalized items, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all design details before production begins.
Once a design, proof, mockup, or order detail has been approved, Crafted Favorites is not responsible for changes requested after production has started.
Minor differences in color, sizing, placement, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, handmade production, material differences, or printing methods. These minor variations are not considered defects.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not started.
Once a custom, personalized, or made-to-order item has entered production, the order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.
Rush orders, digital items, custom design work, and special orders may not be eligible for cancellation once work has started.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at:

Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
We will review the issue and determine the best solution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order items
- Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads or digital files
- Used, worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original packaging
- Personal care or beauty items
- Perishable goods, including food, flowers, or plants
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items damaged after delivery or due to customer use

Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges, especially for custom, personalized, handmade, limited-stock, or seasonal items.
For eligible non-custom items, the fastest way to get a different item is to request a return and place a new order once the return is approved.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide the best solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping Delays
Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item, order size, customization, supply availability, and seasonal demand.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you with an update. If we are unable to ship within the stated processing time or within the required timeframe, you may be given the option to approve the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Crafted Favorites is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We are happy to provide order and tracking information when available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Crafted Favorites is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter.
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us may delay the resolution process. Crafted Favorites reserves the right to provide order details, proof of production, proof of delivery, messages, photos, and policy information to the payment provider when responding to a dispute.
Customer-Provided Designs, Images, and Wording
If you provide a logo, image, phrase, name, or design for a custom order, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use it.
Crafted Favorites is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership issues related to customer-provided materials.
Crafted Favorites reserves the right to refuse any design request that may contain copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, inappropriate, or restricted content.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that custom, personalized, and made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Policy Updates
Crafted Favorites reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
