Shipping Policy

Crafted Favorites currently ships to addresses throughout the United States.

Shipping Time

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 5–7 business days after they are shipped. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Personalized, custom, or made-to-order products may require additional preparation time. Any extended processing time will be included in the product description or communicated to the customer.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information after their order has been shipped.

Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Crafted Favorites is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact Crafted Favorites as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Please contact Crafted Favorites promptly if an order arrives damaged or appears to be missing. Include the order number, photographs when applicable, and a description of the issue so we can assist with the carrier claim or determine the appropriate next step.
