Return, Refund, and Custom Order Policy

Thank you for shopping with Crafted Favorites. Please read our return, refund, and custom order policy carefully before placing your order.

By placing an order with Crafted Favorites, you agree to the terms listed below. This policy applies to online orders, custom orders, made-to-order items, in-person purchases, vendor event purchases, and local pickup orders unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible, non-custom items only. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in the same condition that you received it, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include your order number, name, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns must be approved before they are sent back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent due to an error by Crafted Favorites.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Crafted Favorites.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Crafted Favorites is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or not delivered.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for packaging the item safely. Items damaged during return shipping because of improper packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Custom, Personalized, and Made-to-Order Items

Because many Crafted Favorites items are handmade, customized, personalized, or made to order, these items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Crafted Favorites.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personalized shirts, bags, mugs, tumblers, cups, keychains, stationery, coasters, labels, stickers, and accessories
  • Items with names, initials, dates, photos, logos, custom wording, custom colors, or custom designs
  • Made-to-order products
  • Special orders
  • Bulk orders
  • Rush orders
  • Digital designs, digital downloads, or approved custom design work
  • Items approved by the customer before production
  • Items created based on customer-provided instructions, images, wording, or design requests

Please carefully review all names, spelling, sizes, colors, design details, quantities, and shipping information before submitting your order.

Crafted Favorites is not responsible for customer spelling errors, incorrect names, wrong sizes, wrong colors, incorrect addresses, incorrect quantities, or incorrect information submitted at checkout, by message, or through a custom order form.

Customer Approval for Custom Orders

For custom or personalized items, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all design details before production begins.

Once a design, proof, mockup, invoice, or order detail has been approved, Crafted Favorites is not responsible for changes requested after production has started.

Mockups and proofs are digital previews and may not be exact representations of the final product. Minor differences in color, sizing, placement, texture, finish, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, handmade production, material differences, product shape, printing methods, heat pressing, sublimation, UV DTF application, DTF application, vinyl application, curing, or supplier variations.

These minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Deposits and Custom Design Fees

If a deposit is required for a custom order, the deposit is non-refundable once design work, material ordering, preparation, or production has started.

Custom design fees, setup fees, rush fees, and digital design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

A deposit holds your order spot and covers time, materials, design preparation, and administrative work.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production, design work, material ordering, or preparation has not started.

Once a custom, personalized, made-to-order, rush, digital, or special order has entered design, preparation, or production, the order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

Crafted Favorites reserves the right to cancel and refund any order we are unable to complete due to supply issues, equipment issues, design restrictions, incorrect information, unavailable materials, or other business-related reasons.

Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of any damage or incorrect item received

Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

We will review the issue and determine the best solution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, partial refund, or refund.

Failure to contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery may affect our ability to offer a replacement, repair, refund, or claim with the shipping carrier.

Handmade Item Notice

Many Crafted Favorites products are handmade or hand-finished. Because of this, small variations may occur from item to item.

Slight variations in color, design placement, sizing, texture, finish, materials, or pattern alignment are normal and are not considered defects.

Handmade items should be handled with care. Crafted Favorites is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, washing, drying, storage, handling, dropping, heat exposure, water exposure, chemicals, or failure to follow care instructions.

Apparel, DTF, Sublimation, Vinyl, and Printed Items

For shirts, apparel, DTF, sublimation, vinyl, or other printed items, customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, and style before ordering.

Sizing may vary by brand, style, and fit. Size exchanges are not guaranteed, especially for custom or made-to-order apparel.

Damage caused by washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, fabric softener, high heat, improper care, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a defect.

Printed designs may show slight differences in color or placement due to fabric type, material, lighting, screen settings, production method, or handmade application.

UV DTF Stickers, Decals, Labels, and Applied Products

UV DTF stickers, decals, labels, and transfers are final sale once applied or attempted to be applied.

Crafted Favorites is not responsible for application errors, improper surface preparation, air bubbles, peeling caused by improper application, damage from water or chemicals, or use on unsuitable surfaces.

Please follow all application and care instructions carefully.

Candles, Fragrance Items, Reed Diffusers, and Personal Care Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, candles, fragrance items, reed diffusers, car diffusers, bath, beauty, and personal care products are not eligible for return once opened, used, damaged, altered, or removed from their original packaging.

Fragrance strength, scent preference, and scent performance may vary based on room size, ventilation, temperature, use, and personal preference. Scent preference is not considered a defect.

Customers are responsible for following all warning labels, safety instructions, and care instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Made-to-order items
  • Special orders
  • Bulk orders
  • Rush orders
  • Sale, clearance, discounted, or final-sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads, digital files, or digital design work
  • Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personal care, beauty, bath, fragrance, candle, or diffuser items once opened or used
  • Perishable goods, including food, flowers, or plants
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items damaged due to customer use, misuse, care, storage, or handling
  • Items with customer-provided spelling, sizing, color, design, or address errors

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether an item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges, especially for custom, personalized, handmade, limited-stock, seasonal, sale, or made-to-order items.

For eligible non-custom items, the fastest way to get a different item is to request a return and place a new order once the return is approved.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide the best solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges, rush fees, custom design fees, setup fees, and deposit amounts may be non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Crafted Favorites.

Processing Times and Shipping Delays

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item, order size, customization, supply availability, design approval, production schedule, equipment availability, and seasonal demand.

Estimated processing and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you with an update. If we are unable to ship within the stated processing time or within the required timeframe, you may be given the option to approve the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a refund.

Crafted Favorites is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, holidays, incorrect addresses, package rerouting, customs delays, or delays outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Crafted Favorites is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We are happy to provide order and tracking information when available.

Shipping insurance, if purchased or included, will be handled according to the carrier’s claim process.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Crafted Favorites is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

If the customer chooses not to pay for reshipping, eligible non-custom items may be refunded minus original shipping costs and any non-refundable fees after the package is returned and inspected. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are not eligible for refund due to an incorrect address.

Local Pickup Orders

For local pickup orders, customers are responsible for picking up their order within the agreed pickup timeframe.

Once an order has been marked picked up or received by the customer, Crafted Favorites is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or mishandled items.

If a local pickup order is not picked up within 30 days after the customer has been notified that it is ready, the order may be considered abandoned. Abandoned custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for refund.

In-Person and Vendor Event Purchases

For in-person purchases, vendor events, pop-ups, markets, and craft shows, customers are encouraged to inspect items before purchasing.

All in-person sales are final unless the item is defective at the time of purchase or the wrong item was provided by Crafted Favorites.

Custom, personalized, sale, clearance, discounted, and final-sale items purchased in person are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by law.

Customer-Provided Designs, Images, Logos, and Wording

If you provide a logo, image, phrase, name, wording, photo, or design for a custom order, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use it.

Crafted Favorites is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, privacy, publicity, or ownership issues related to customer-provided materials.

Crafted Favorites reserves the right to refuse any design request that may contain copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, inappropriate, hateful, restricted, or unlawful content.

The customer agrees to hold Crafted Favorites harmless from claims, disputes, or damages arising from customer-provided designs, images, logos, wording, or materials.

Product Photos and Display Images

Product photos, mockups, and display images are for reference only. Actual colors, sizing, placement, brightness, texture, and appearance may vary due to screen settings, lighting, material differences, and handmade production.

Props, accessories, or display items shown in product photos are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.

Care Instructions

Customers are responsible for reading and following all care instructions provided with the item, on the product listing, on packaging, or by message.

Crafted Favorites is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, cleaning, storage, use, handling, or failure to follow care instructions.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us may delay the resolution process.

Crafted Favorites reserves the right to provide order details, proof of production, proof of design approval, proof of delivery, tracking information, messages, photos, receipts, and policy information to the payment provider when responding to a dispute.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in the same condition that you received it, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that custom, personalized, and made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Policy Updates

Crafted Favorites reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
