Crafted Favorites does not offer refunds.
Eligible returns may receive store credit only. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Custom, personalized, seasonal, clearance, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Crafted Favorites is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted for eligible non-custom items, depending on availability. If an exchange is not available, store credit may be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and order details.
We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
