Thank you for shopping with Crafted Favorites. We appreciate your support of our women-owned small business. Please review our shop policies before placing an order.

Processing Time

All items are made, prepared, or packaged with care. Processing times may vary depending on the item, order size, and customization details.

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days after order details are confirmed. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders are made specifically for you. Please double-check all spelling, names, colors, sizes, and design details before submitting your order.

Crafted Favorites is not responsible for customer errors after approval or confirmation has been given.

Payments

Payment is required before an order is started. For custom orders, a deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.

Returns & Refunds

Crafted Favorites does not offer refunds.

Eligible returns may receive store credit only. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Custom, personalized, seasonal, clearance, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Crafted Favorites is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be accepted for eligible non-custom items, depending on availability. If an exchange is not available, store credit may be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and order details.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, Crafted Favorites is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available, customers must pick up their order within the agreed timeframe. Orders not picked up within a reasonable time may be subject to cancellation or restocking.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Once a custom order has been started, printed, created, or prepared, it cannot be canceled.

Product Care

Please follow all care instructions provided with your order. Crafted Favorites is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, handling, use, or storage.

Handmade Disclaimer

Some items are handmade or customized. Slight variations in color, placement, size, or finish may occur. These small differences make each piece unique and do not count as defects.
